• All domestic and international orders are shipped within 15-20 business days of placing the order, if not agreed otherwise prior to placing the order

• For domestic orders, kindly expect 2-4 days for delivery

• For international orders, kindly expect 5-8 days for delivery

These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.

• Shipping in India is free

• International shipping as per actuals, which will be calculated at the time of checkout

 

VAT & IMPORT DUTIES:

The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. Please Note: These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the local rules & regulations.

 

DELAY IN DELIVERY:

If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, we shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.

In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock we shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.

In case of damage :

We advise the customer to check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.

In case of any discrepancy, please leave a suitable remark at the time of receipt.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified to us via email/phone within 24 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else we will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. We will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
