Eligibility criteria for exchange :

In case there is a size issue, the product can be applied for an exchange within 5 days of delivery with all the tags intact and the product in original condition. The product must not be washed/worn/stained/damaged.

Customised/special bulk orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

Any product purchased in the sale period or at discounted pricing is not eligible for return/exchange.

If there is any rare manufacturing defect (please refer product disclaimer), you may apply for repair/refund*. Share images of the same prior with us.

International orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

PARTIAL REFUNDS:
In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, we are unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, www.kajalagrawal.com shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product.
