Eligibility criteria for exchange : 

• In case there is a size issue, the product can be applied for an exchange within 5 days of delivery with all the tags intact and the product in original condition. The product must not be washed/worn/stained/damaged.

• Customised/special bulk orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

• Any product purchased in the sale period or at discounted pricing is not eligible for return/exchange.

• If there is any rare manufacturing defect (please refer product disclaimer), you may apply for repair/refund*. Share images of the same prior with us. 

• International orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

• In case of a product delivered in damaged condition, kindly inform us within 24 working hours.

REFUND POLICY:

No refund will be given by us if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order.

In the event of the error having occurred on the part of www.kajalagrawal.com, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of www.kajalagrawal.com.

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS:

In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, we are unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, www.kajalagrawal.com shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of www.kajalagrawal.com.
