Refund Policy

At Kajal Agrawal, we will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong.

No refund will be given by us if the order has been delivered with the colour and size as selected by the customer while placing the order.

In the event of the error having occurred from our end, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of Kajal Agrawal.

Cancellation:

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.

Refund Credit:

The refund against the customer's account normally take three business days to be processed. After which, the corresponding bank may take up to two business days from the date of processing to show the said refund amount in the customer's account.
